Very friendly and helpful staff with a great location only 200 meters from Amsterdam Centraal Station. You can pre-book online or just walk in. We used it on our first and last days in Amsterdam. We will be using Drop & Go next time we visit Amsterdam.

Dropped my luggage here last Friday quick easy and soooo handy straight across from central.
I had a experience at the canal (i was followed) i ran down to get my bag the lady behind the desk let me stay until I calmed down she was a absolutely beautiful in every single way gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to deal with those types 🙈.

While visiting Amsterdam for a day, we came across these guys where Oscar and Kimberly were on duty. They were so great and easy to deal with. They gave us a good price on the luggage storage and Oscar even helped me to carry the bags down the stairs and then up the stairs again when we returned to collect our bags. They even offered us snacks for the Santi Claus celebration. Thank you guys for an incredible service. Highly recommend.

Efficient and effective way to store your luggage and just a two minute walk from Amsterdam central station. Often the lockers are full in the station and this is an easy solution for €8 to €10 your problems are solved. Open until 9 PM.

Great to leave your suitcases and go around to visit Amsterdam. And when we arrived at the train station all the large lockers were occupied. It is right next to the Basilica and in front of different trams that pass in front of the station. You can also visit the city center by taking a walk. You have to go down a few steps to enter. And the price could be a little cheaper. For the all very good.

Entrance can be slightly problematic for those with large bulky luggage as its entrance is below street level but it is very well placed close to Centraal Station and easy to find as its next to the famous Cafe Batavia and St Nikolaas Basilica. Here's 100 Spanish students retrieving their luggage at the same time. No problem.

Literally perfect; so easy to find and drop off bags, and super close to the station. Also, Khadisha was on the desk and gave us immaculate vibes, great recommendations for stuff to do - both touristy and non-touristy.

Very nice place, clean, organized and friendly staff.. a nice feature that would be nice to add to the business would be a vending machine as I felt an urge to drink a refreshing drink after getting my luggage stored but other than that it was a delight and I have not 1 complaint.. thank you all so much well wishes now and in the future

It costs 12 euros to leave a 24-inch suitcase... I came here because there were no seats at the coin lockers in the station, but it seemed too expensive.

Drop and Go is helpful for anyone with luggage and want to explore city. You can pay around 9 euro to open a locker and safely keep your luggage for 24 hrs. You have to pay with cards. The lockers are located at the base of the underground( ground -2).Don’t forget to keep note of the locker number.

It was good to use it as an alternative when the storage of the main station is full. It was 16 euro per day for one luggage which was 6 euro more expensive then the one in the station; 10-11euro for the largest slot.
The store had a ramp but was not useful for the big luggage. We had to lift the luggage. Thx.

Practical note: You hand over your luggage and they store it (themselves) on racks in next room. You do not have your own box. Everything must be stored in the paid luggage (=a small suitcase + notebook case are two items).
Overall very good experience. Cheaper than main train station. I would be happy to use the service again if I am in Amsterdam next time.

Being walkable close to Amsterdam Central, this is great to keep bags for all day.
We found it bit pricy but it was good idea to keep all bags there and pick up just before boarding train.
